- answering and dealing with incoming calls and queries from Insurers and Claimants
- ensure customer enquiries, received by phone and email are handled quickly and efficiently
- ensuring a professional, friendly, and consistent service is provided for the customer
- working with Microsoft Outlook and organising/filing emails
- inputting all required information onto the company CRM system
- completing card payments in a secure manner while adhering to GDPR
- keep up to date with all training requirements as set out by the business

- setting up accepted quotes into jobs on our CRM system for our Bookings team to schedule
- completing card payments in a secure manner while adhering to GDPR
- to support the Head of Marine Services in the management, development and operation of the marine business within Magicman
- to supervise and support the critical path of marine projects from inception to completion
- to supervise and coach the Marine Coordinator
- to supervise and monitor the timely progress of marine projects
- to supervise, monitor and record the distribution, return and whereabouts of Job Boxes
- to complete reports to meet the needs of internal and external customers
- to supervise compliant technical direction of cruise technicians, sub-contractors, partners and associates on specific marine assignments
- to follow and support Magicman / client technical processes, concepts, theories, techniques and processes
