Responsibility

  • servicing MFD’s and printers on-site at customer premises
  • responding and arriving to client’s site promptly and within specified SLA’s
  • keeping up to date with manufacturer service bulletins
  • installing & networking MFD’s & printers on-site at customer premises
  • providing remote technical assistance
  • setting up new machines and carrying out pre-delivery inspections
  • refurbishing machines to a high standard in our workshop
  • taking responsibility for all parts stock

Requirements

  • need to have full clean UK Driving License
  • prior experience with Sharp or Lexmark equipment is a distinct advantage
  • good understanding of the printing process
  • experience of networking required
