Responsibility
- as a General Manager in this pivotal role, you will oversee various aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring excellence in production, safety, quality, and employee development
- with a team of approximately 60 employees under your guidance, your responsibilities will encompass production, despatch, maintenance, health & safety, HR, and quality standards
- your aim will be to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance supervisor and department management capabilities, meet customer lead times, and lead impactful change within the organisation
- drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations
- ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained to support uninterrupted operations
- oversee the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers
