Responsibility
- provide a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, waxing , and other beauty services
- consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, offering tailored advice and recommendations
- maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication
- manage appointments and maintain accurate client records to ensure personalised service
- promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- knowledge of different manicure techniques and beauty treatments is advantageous
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually learn and improve skills
