in addition, due to the nature of the work, the candidate must have impeccable attention to detail and communication skills and be able to work well under pressure
Responsibility
handling all customer complaints, allocating to senior member of staff and tracking through to completion
taking inbound telephone calls for the Company
creating site risk assessments to send to clients
monitoring the Supply Chain to ensure they comply with requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation
