- colouring using the latest market products to achieve the best results for client
- giving in-depth, tailored consultations for every client to establish their needs and offer treatments and services accordingly
- build strong client relationships to further grow the business
- MACIZ Lounge is a forward-thinking Hair & Beauty Salon located in the town of Bathgate, equidistant between the two major cities of Glasgow & Edinburgh. In 2016 we re-located to an upmarket salon in the heart of town
- cross sell retail products in-line with the clients treatments and hair requirements
- we pride ourselves on delivering a salon experience like no other and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our skill set to further cement our place in the world of Hair & Beauty
- we are looking for an Experienced Hair Stylist to join our team on a Full-Time position with the scope of becoming a permanent part of the team should you shine bright
Requirements
- minimum 2 Years Salon Floor Experience
- confident at carrying our Barbering Skills
- possess excellent Customer Communication Skills with a flair for creativity
- have a serious passion for the industry with an eye on current fashion trends
- awareness of local competitor activity to ensure we stay one step ahead
- stylist: 2 years
- you will be passionate, driven, personable and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients receive nothing short of a World Class Salon Experience every time
- previous experience in all aspects of hairdressing is essential : coloring, cutting, styling
