we offer the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, operating on the edge of technology, working with some of the UK’s leading engineering and technology companies
as Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the creation and operation of bespoke quality management arrangements for a specific ‘design and supply’ project
the successful candidate will be tasked with liaising with external and internal stakeholders, with the support of MTT’s Quality Manager, to determine project quality requirements and to put measures in place to ensure that all design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning activities are properly controlled and assured
Requirements
several years’ project quality management experience within the engineering industry
experience of machine tools and nuclear engineering would also be highly desirable
relevant qualification in quality management and membership of a professional body
experience of manufacturing quality control in mechanical and electrical engineering would be highly beneficial e.g. experience of witnessing/inspecting fabrications, non-destructive testing, electrical testing and commissioning, etc
