MACGUYS is looking for employees for positions:
- computer hardware: 2 years
- communicate with customers and provide an excellent customer support
- maintain all databases
- control the progress of repairs
- efficiently provide customers with updates in regards of the repairs and note all the changes in the workflow
- be responsible for all spare part purchases and office supply stock
- ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- manage the workflow, i.e., let the technicians know which pending jobs are urgent
- confirm quotations with the director to ensure the best deals are secured
