Responsibility
- build relationships with existing and prospective window fitting customers in the area
- grow existing customer spend and win new customers in order to achieve sales growth targets
- call on customers on a regular basis, provide quotes and ensure that enquiries and any issues are expertly resolved
- prepare quotations for prospective customers
- work closely with the Branch Managers to achieve shared business goals, supporting the branch operations where necessary
- schedule the daily deliveries, banking, managing invoices and reporting the figures etc
- lead and develop the team, ensuring that the branch quotations and order processing is accurately and efficiently processed and followed up as required
- working closely with your Assistant Manager this is a hands on role where you will lead the day to day branch operations and ensure that customers receive a great service
Requirements
- experience of working within the window and door trade supply sector is essential
- specific knowledge / experience of uPVC windows is highly desirable
- specific knowledge / experience of uPVC windows or building plastics is highly desirable
- specific knowledge of uPVC windows & doors is essential
- specific knowledge and experience of building plastics or windows and doors is highly desirable but not essential
- specific knowledge and experience of building plastics is highly desirable
- specific experience of uPVC windows and doors is essential
- specific knowledge and experience of uPVC windows and doors is highly desirable
