Working hours
- permanent
Responsibility
- resolving landlord and tenant issues, and taking responsibility for sub-let arrears management
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, responding to client information requests, and managing portfolio budgets
- liaising with the property accounts team when required
- undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals, and drawing upon internal expertise as needed
- assisting in the annual asset valuation processes for clients
- working collaboratively with other teams to deliver dilapidations and agency services
- building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for cost savings and value-added services
- identifying fee opportunities and instructing solicitors when required
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and regulations
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- experience with property management software and databases
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
