- we pride ourselves on our excellent reactive & planned maintenance services to housing association portfolios, Commercial Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, manufacturing and engineering sites, in addition to our agile delivery of CAT A / CAT B Project fit-out programmes
- responding to callouts and cover emergencies as required
- ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities
- in line with our expansion plans we are now looking to recruit additional Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineers to work across our client sites and provide reactive and proactive maintenance services
- perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs on existing systems, commercial / domestic gas maintenance, service and repair work
Requirements
- proven working experience as a multi-skilled HVAC Engineer
- industry recognised Data installation qualification
- familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- knowledge of lone working requirements
- ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to liaise with a diverse audience
- ability to work independently and use your own initiative to complete your workload
- root-cause analysis & decision-making ability
