Requirements
- experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare, social services, or community support sectors
- cultural competence and a demonstrated understanding of Polish culture, customs, and values
- empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide person-centered care
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening abilities
- strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
