Responsibility
- mac Store UK have been operating as an e-commerce brand since 2014. We specialise in Apple Mac computers and sell not only Mac computers to consumers but high end systems to business' such as the film and post production industry
- this role is for an experienced computer technician. Mac experience is desired but any candidate with at least 2 years direct experience working within the industry is required
- testing incoming stock
- upgrading key components such as RAM, CPU & Storage
- replacing batteries on MacBooks
- preparing orders for dispatch
- testing RMA's from customers
