Responsibility

  • § Daily monitoring of the purchase ledger e-mail inbox
  • § Processing all purchase invoices onto the Sage Line 50 database
  • § Ensuring robust and accurate checking and coding of invoices
  • § Addressing discrepancies and queries with both suppliers and internal operational teams
  • § Requesting and reconciling supplier statements
  • § Performing weekly payment runs
  • § Processing and checking of expenses and credit card spend onto the system, addressing queries with other employees as required
  • § Supplier onboarding process, ensuring new suppliers have completed necessary documentation

Requirements

  • purchase ledger
  • § Previous experience using an accounting system
  • § Good time management and prioritization skills
  • § A confident communicator, comfortable speaking to suppliers and internal operational teams to resolve invoice queries
  • § Proficient with MS Office Applications
  • § Positive attitude and demeanor, and team player
