Responsibility

  • identifying new development opportunities, researching geographical areas and planning policies, and conducting planning and commercial appraisals
  • producing bid documents, presenting at interviews and assisting with the progression of contracts through the legal process
  • liaising with key stakeholders through pre-application enquiries, public consultation and updates to Landowners
  • drafting sales particulars and assisting with the sale of consented sites
