Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- responsible for the smooth and efficient overall running of the stores area for a specified branch
- responsible for the overall day to day management of warehouse personnel
- overseeing the receiving, handling and dispatch of goods coming into, or going out of the stores or warehouse
- supervising the unloading and checking of goods, storage of items, picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
- ensuring all transactions are logged correctly on the company computer system
- keeping the stores area in an acceptable condition and acting in compliance with the groups Health & Safety and Quality Control systems at all times
- undertaking any other duties that are within the skill and capability of the individual as directed by the manager or other designated supervisors
- in the course of your employment, you may be required to carry out certain duties not directly covered by your job title/description but are necessary for the smooth running of the business
