M & M TIMBER is looking for employees for positions:
- responsible for daily booking of production data
- support with any BOMs updates required
- provide support during weekly perpetual counts through to half and full year stock takes
- gathering required information and calculating trending KPI’s for reporting to the business
- support departmental projects to stream line production booking processes
- supporting Supply chain with Materials Booking, Residues, Consumables purchasing and requisition raising
- support inventory with data conversion for inbound timber and other reports
- support sales function with administration duties support customer drawings and price files
- experience working with SAGE 1000, desirable

- we are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations

- your job will be to provide a support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities
- comfortable communicating at all levels
- the Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease
- thrives on working at pace in a busy environment, handling multiple priorities
- ensure ALL PPM schedules are maintained, documented within Mango and conform to legislation
- operational Tool Setting support when required
- the ability to work on required specific designated projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager/Engineering Team Leader
- support and maintain the highest level of reactive response
- time to unplanned breakdowns in line with departmental KPI
- working with the site HSE Advisor to ensure all Health and Safety documentation is completed in line with policy and legislation
- updating and using the Mango Maintenance System as part of supporting data capture and compliance
- carry out as required all mandatory Maintenance Health and Safety inspections that are assigned
- appropriate Mechanical Engineering Qualification or minimum of two years relevant operational experience in an engineering environment
- miG Welding, Fabrication, FLT, Hydraulic and Pneumatic
- reading Drawings, Fault Finding and corrective action
- understanding and experience in Tool setting
- ability to work within a team as well as being able to work unsupervised
- able to use own initiative, make effective decisions and judgments when required
- able to communicate with internal departments at all levels
- confident in delivery of Maintenance excellence and performance
- make sure all 5S Cleaning Protocols are completed, in line with the standards set
- if you don’t know what 5S is, don’t worry – it’s all part of the training
- photograph all daily tasks so that they are recorded on the provided tablet
- comply with the Rounding Mill Facility Safe System of Works guidelines
- make sure you always wear all mandatory PPE when required
- report any Health and Safety issues using the right processes
- actively support and take part in process improvements
- keep up with the mandatory Training Qualifications needed for your job
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential
- capable of using your own initiative to make effective decisions and judgments when required
- ability to use equipment relevant to the role
- effective communication with all members of the team
- active participation in daily Team Leader briefings
- ability to identify, communicate and assess areas in which we could improve the way we work
- ability to use IT tools if required
- willingness to work for qualifications relevant to your job, including mandatory training and any necessary up-skilling
