Responsibility
- partners with commercial and finance to develop the forecast narrative, supported by data and insights
- gains commercial and senior leader alignment on use of key performance indicator metrics linked to business success, identifies, and puts in place appropriate data for regular tracking
- assesses business insight needs; designs and agrees a fully comprehensive insights and data plan and associated budget in collaboration with commercial team
- assists in compiling and communicating regular KPI reporting
