Responsibility

  • strong stakeholder management. You will be responsible for managing relationships with new house builders and social housing clients
  • this newly created role would suit a driven, ambitious, and self-motivated individual who is looking for growth in their career
  • regular communication with site managers etc to anticipate any issues that need to be addressed before they evolve into major problems
  • you will be responsible for overseeing the company’ daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company
  • the business is organised into two divisions, New Build Installation and Refurbishment with each division headed by highly experienced Contracts Managers
  • preparing tender documents, bidding for work that the company may be interested in
  • managing project delivery to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • overseeing procurement and staff recruitment
