- regular communication with site managers etc to anticipate any issues that need to be addressed before they evolve into major problems
- you will be responsible for overseeing the company’ daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company
- the business is organised into two divisions, New Build Installation and Refurbishment with each division headed by highly experienced Contracts Managers
- preparing tender documents, bidding for work that the company may be interested in
- managing project delivery to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
- overseeing procurement and staff recruitment
