Responsibility

  • we have an opportunity to join our kitchen team in a Senior Sous Chef role
  • we are looking to support and strengthen our team
  • the roles offers opportunities to demonstrate cooking, leadership and individuality across a number of kitchen sections
  • you will possess a good knowledge of food and food hygiene
  • our kitchen serves a la carte food in our Leyland Restaurant and informal bar snacks in our Newdigate Bar as well as a busy banqueting, conference and wedding trade throughout the year
  • previous experience of working in a similar kitchen environment is preferable
  • you should have a sound knowledge of health and safety
  • you must ensure high standards are met and maintained by all, and be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and pride in the dishes that you produce
