Responsibility
- maintenance Operative at the Maybird Shopping Centre
- we are looking for an experienced responsible Maintenance Operative to join our team
- up keep of local Commercial grounds maintenance contracts, Retail parks – Councils – Business parks
- litter picking – Kerb Line Clearance - Cleaning - Stock Replenishment
- collection of rubbish and litter/bins, depositing at the on-site refuse compound
Requirements
- have excellent communication skills
- have the ability to work under pressure
- wear company uniform provided at all times and maintain a smart appearance
- be professional
- previous experience performing maintenance duties and maintenance work is beneficial
- 8 Hours a day - 7 Days a week
- 16 hours per week Saturday to Sunday
- 6am – 11am
