designing a wide range of gift and souvenir products including T-shirts, mugs, keyrings, fridge magnets, and more
preparing clear, detailed technical files for manufacturers and suppliers
photographing products and editing imagery for e-commerce
creating and managing product listings across platforms including Shopify, eBay, and Amazon
developing packaging that enhances product appeal and aligns with brand identity
managing and posting to our social media accounts to support marketing and engagement
taking product ideas from initial concept through to full production-ready artwork, ensuring designs are suitable for manufacture and consider production methods such as screen printing, dye-sublimation, laser cutting, injection moulding, or digital printing
designing engaging promotional materials: infographics, web sliders, videos, collection banners, and social media assets
Requirements
strong creative portfolio demonstrating full product design lifecycle
fully computer literate
experience using Shopify, eBay, and Amazon platforms
previous experience in a similar product design or creative e-commerce role
