- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a candidate to join Lyons & Annoot in the position of ‘’Apprentice/ Trainee Contracts Surveyor’’
- work alongside clients to establish their requirements
- with a project list spanning over 50 years, and an award-winning Apprenticeship Scheme, Lyons & Annoot have had the opportunity to work on many of London and the South East’s most iconic and well-known projects
- estimate material quantities, costs, labour and time
- from our Head Office in Ramsgate, Kent our Commercial, Accounts and Design Teams operate in providing the necessary support to our London based site and management teams
- prepare tender and contract documents
- perform cost control during a project
