seafood fans will love our kitchen’s offbeat and creative approach to ingredients
our 62-cover restaurant keeps thing unfussy yet classily comfortable, with muted green banquettes, wooden floors and a white marble bar
we have recently received a Michelin plate and high praise from critics
we are passionate about sustainably sourced seafood and our aim is to deliver the highest quality food and service in a relaxed, welcoming yet vibrant environment
oysters are firmly under the spotlight here at Lyon’s, with a each variety paired with a particular garnish in order to “amplify and compliment their specific natural flavour”
the ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a similar role and would like to progress to Chef De Partie
we are looking for a team member with a positive attitude, great work ethic, a team player and a desire to learn and progress
