assisting Sales Representatives and the Sales and Marketing team to ensure we have up to date contact information on customer accounts
administration of the Lyon repair and servicing function, including stretchers, stretcher accessories, quadpods and tripods
document maintenance
answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails and liaising with colleagues as appropriate in order to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Requirements
experience in the use of climbing and/or work at height and rescue equipment
administrative: 1 year
outdoor Retail or Work at Height: 1 year
