Requirements

  • proven track record of technical Optometry installations
  • ability to manage own workload, using own initiative to achieve tight deadlines
  • computer literate, proficient user of CRM tools and able to learn new technologies
  • proven ability to identify and resolve technical queries
  • proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
  • previous experience of training in group and individual environments

Responsibility

  • to work in line with duty of care to self/others and ensure Health & Safety guidelines are followed in line with company policy
  • provide technical phone support to resolve technical or manual queries about the equipment, taking ownership of the process required to achieve resolution if it cannot be resolved at first contact
