Responsibility

- provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have
- maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols
- ensure the cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- manage appointment schedules, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments with patients
- collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice
- stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient care
- maintain accurate patient records and update information as required using IT systems
