- your role will be contacting customers, asking some qualification questions and building a relationship with them
- contacting customers to discuss their loan application via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp and social media
- from there you would pass the customer to our award winning Customer Account team
- to help achieve the targets set by the business
- your main role as a Customer Account Manager will be to manage new and existing approved applications received direct from customers and introducers
- to achieve all KPI’s set by the sales team
- provide an impeccable customer experience putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
- achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards

- your main role as a Customer Account Manager will be to manage new and existing approved applications received direct from customers and introducers
- liaising with dealers to get the best deal for the customer
- collecting proof documentation from customers
