Responsibility
- ensuring all movements of stock is recorded and any issues reported to Catering Logistics Manager
- ensuring rotation of stock to prevent unnecessary wastage
- selling a range of products through the kiosks
- this role includes matchday food and beverage operation, stock control, dealing with customer needs, maintaining high standard of cleaning and food or beverage preparation, providing supervisory support on match days and assisting in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety
- ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained
- report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures
- ensuring all cash differences and till voids are reported following the correct procedure
- supervising a team within your unit
Requirements
- substantial experience in a similar or related role, demonstrating development and continuous improvement
- committed and driven by deadlines and results
- ability to turn ideas into deliverables with minimal supervision
- location: Kenilworth Road Stadium, Luton
- contract: Casual Worker, Seasonal Basis
