we are looking for someone who is passionate about developing opportunities for more women and girls to take part in football
in this role you will manage the day to day running of the women and girl’s department at the community trust
you will also coordinate a range of community initiatives to support more women and girls to take part in football

due to the nature of this role, some evening and weekend working will be required
you will oversee the women’s teams and grassroots teams representing NTFC along with development centres and the FA Emerging Talent Centre programme
in addition to activities such as holiday courses and FA wildcats, you’ll have the opportunity to develop new ideas to improve female participation working with the local community to do this, leading a team of passionate delivery staff and volunteers

we are looking for an experienced Schools’ Manager to lead and oversee our growing Schools Department at the community trust
you’ll be passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential as you help NTFC connect communities and improve people’s lives
to directly deliver across department programmes
line Manage the department staff team which includes Community Coaches, Youth and Community Workers and HLTAs
to ensure that programme targets are met, for example participation, retention, and outcomes
to manage budgets as required
ensure that all programmes are run safely and meet funders and organisational KPIs
provide written reports and updates for internal and external use
