Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Schools’ Manager to lead and oversee our growing Schools Department at the community trust
  • you’ll be passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential as you help NTFC connect communities and improve people’s lives
  • to directly deliver across department programmes
  • line Manage the department staff team which includes Community Coaches, Youth and Community Workers and HLTAs
  • to ensure that programme targets are met, for example participation, retention, and outcomes
  • to manage budgets as required
  • ensure that all programmes are run safely and meet funders and organisational KPIs
  • provide written reports and updates for internal and external use
