Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or suitable alternative experience
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role, ideally within the electrical or electronics industry
- strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards
- demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality management systems
- excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently
- strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
- experience working with battery-powered and mains-powered electrical devices
- proficient in quality assurance tools, methods, and software
Responsibility
- training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production and quality teams on best practices, ISO 9001 compliance, and process improvements
- compliance and Documentation: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory and safety standards. Maintain relevant records of quality assessments, audits, and corrective actions
