Responsibility

  • develop the marketing strategy in line with the company’s objectives to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
  • create, launch, and manage multi-channel initiatives, to drive organic acquisition & engagement
  • develop & oversee the marketing budget
  • manage marketing activities across all channels to ensure on-time high-quality delivery
  • manage marketing calendar, including social media platforms, PPC, POS, website, PR, brand events etc
  • managing third-party agency relationships and deliver
  • work closely with MD and team to improve and drive KPIs
  • overall responsibility of brand management to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • ideally some marketing experience within the luxury/high-end service industry
  • confident in meeting KPIs and managing budgets across marketing channels
  • strong project management skills, with good attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • proven ability to work within a self-directed environment and collaboratively with both internal and external partners
  • A highly organised, creative, and ambitious individual who thrives within a fast-paced environment
  • proficient in MS Office skills
