- achieving required training certificates in COSHH, Health and Safety, Food hygiene and HACCP
- operating machinery to the required standard, and at the correct speed, whilst maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- helping with the training of other operators, in area of expertise, to encourage multi-skilling of production personnel
- working as a valued a team player
- completion of relevant paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
