Responsibility

  • undertake any other duties as may be assigned which will be varied subject to changing business needs but in keeping with the general profile of the role
  • drafting of new policies and procedures as may be required to support the Firm’s risk and quality strategy
  • produce a monthly Management Board Report, quarterly Risk Report and any other ad-hoc reports / proposals as may be required
  • support the MLRO/MLCO to ensure compliance with AMLTF regulations and best practice including maintaining and updating the firm-wide risk assessment
  • assist the Notary Public with compliance with his regulatory obligations and AMLTF compliance
  • maintain up to date knowledge of statutory, legal and compliance issues making recommendations for systems, policies and procedure changes as appropriate
  • undertake an annual risk audit reporting findings and making recommendations
  • monitor implementation of actions, to chase and escalate where necessary and according to timescales
