Requirements

  • relevant Qualifications –
  • best Practice / Administration – Delivery of commercial best practice across all aspects of the role and workstreams
  • reporting & Forecasting - Ensuring timely, consistent, reliable and accurate forecasts in line with project, client and reporting cycles
  • at least 12-15 years experience within Construction sector, ideally on projects over £10M
  • good working knowledge of ECC, TPC & JCT Contracts and dispute resolution
  • compliance - Ensure compliance with all company procedures on all of your projects
  • background in social housing maintenance contracts
  • variations - Ensuring variation/change is captured, recorded and actioned in a timely manner
