- ensuring all orders are shipped on time – Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately
- ensuring all orders are shipped meeting all customer expectations and requirements
- re-packing own brand goods in the correct packaging to a high standard
- ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy ensuring all overflow stock is replenished
- prioritising the outbound workload to ensure that high priority orders achieve their deadlines
- adhere to Health and Safety procedures at all times
- ensuring stock is stored correctly and stock figures are kept up to date. Assisting with checking in deliveries, applying to the website and adding to the stockroom
- processing and receiving accurately all deliveries within a timely manner ensuring the Warehouse Management System is always accurate and up to date
