- provide high standard of service to the customers on the butchery counter
- the butchery at Ludlow farm Shop has won many awards for the quality of its products, the way it manages the meat and the service it provides to its customers
- will be shown how to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the Butchery areas
- providing top quality meat, fantastic displays and detailed knowledge to help our customers make the best choices is key, so is having highly skilled butchers
- over the years we have passed our knowledge onto many butchers, all who started as apprentices, providing them with a set of skills and ethos that they will have for life
