  • thoroughly wash up all items using the correct materials and methods
  • store items according to established standards, ensuring BOH and FOH teams have an adequate supply of pans, utensils and tableware
  • maintain a clean and clear pot wash area which is well-stocked with cleaning supplies
  • report defective equipment to a member of management
  • lucky Lychee is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter is responsible for assisting with daily food preparation and service in the kitchen
  • clean areas of the kitchen during service under the direction of the Chef team
  • support the Chef team with ingredient prep
  • carefully check and pack takeaways, liaising with customers and delivery drivers to ensure food reaches customers in the best possible condition
