Responsibility
- reporting on and forecasting costs, income and cash flow for the business’ activities
- assisting in carrying out valuations and producing interim applications for payments
- pricing jobs, creating estimates and comprehensive tenders
- regularly liaising with the site teams and clients, via phone, email and in face-to-face meetings
- valuing change and creating estimates
- valuing change and producing variations
- assist in financial reporting and CVRs
- producing monthly CVRs and reporting
Requirements
- your overall intention will be to establish a career within the construction industry
- work under pressure and complete tasks within tight deadlines
- experience of client facing and building long term relationships
- experience of client facing and building long term relationships preferred but not required
- have the right to work in the UK
