- essentially you will need to motivate your team with a positive management style by encouraging ideas and performance
- lucam Lives are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to be based in our St Helens office but you must be able to visit our services in Warrington
- lucam Lives are currently in the CQC application stage and therefore the role will require a CQC interview
- lucam Lives is a young company but is backed by our sister company Lucam Consultancy who have been recruiting in the health & social care sectors for 20 years
- minimum of 2 year experience as a Registered Manager is essential
- NVQ Level 5 or similar is essential
- we are looking for the right person to help grow the business by continuing to build relationships with local authorities and working collaboratively with the Directors on suitable tenders and the opening of new services
