  • supplying the production machinery with empty moulds
  • carries out some or all of the following tasks depending upon training & experience
  • ensuring that machinery and equipment is clean
  • monitoring the process to ensure that machinery is running and working correctly
  • regularly turning the cheeses
  • transferring products to different areas of the factory
  • administration and record keeping
  • responsible for ensuring all tasks carried out within the allocated work area are done so in a manner to protect product safety, legality, quality in accordance with the Food Safety & Quality Management Systems , which encompass all certification of the factory, HACCP and Customer requirements
