LTS RESOURCING is looking for employees for positions:
finance manager
Responsibility
- drive the continuous improvement of financial controls, procedures and policies
- oversee the processing of transactional finance, with responsibility for timely cash collections and effective payment management
- monthly and annual reporting
- production of year end statutory financial statements and liaison with auditors for the year end audit
- maintain working relationship with external and internal stakeholders
- preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow and working capital management; with supporting commentary
- implement financial governance and controls to instil strong control environment
- manage and develop the Finance team
Requirements
- ACCA or CIMA qualified would be advantageous but not essential
- ACCA or CIMA qualified would be advantageous
- experience within an SME setting would be advantageous
- excellent time management and attention to detail
- A positive can do attitude to work, with good problem solving skills is essential to succeed in this role
- strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- experience developing and managing a team
- A confident communicator who can develop relationships across all business functions
