- overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between HR and Operations
- working with Lot & Education Managers to develop strategies to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover
- coach and develop Managers, in particular to actively manage Colleague performance and reduce incidence of disciplinary, grievance and absence issues
- to work with all Novus business areas to manage the talent pipeline
