Responsibility
providing HR advice and Guidance to managers and employers and employees recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policies, and procedures
coordinate recruitment activities, including preparing job postings, scheduling and conducting interviews, and manging the hire process
manage the employee onboarding process, including preparing documentation, arranging induction schedules and conducting reference and DBS Checks
coordinating performance management process, including tracking performance evaluations and facilitating professional development activities
maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
support the HR and Office Manager with office facilities management when required in collaboration with the Facilities coordinator
provide administrative support to the HR and Office Manager, as needed and collaborate with partners, department heads, and employees to address HR and facility needs
Requirements
you will be a minimum CIPD Level 3 Qualified
able to demonstrate experience gained within a HR function
strong knowledge of UK Employment legislation, HR policies, and procedures
experience dealing with change management
ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects and daily activities
excellent communication skills and a can do attitude
experience of working within a law firm would be a nice to have but not essential
human resources: 2 years
