  • the Site Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing Site Operations for all assigned projects. This role involves utilising task management and milestones to ensure projects achieve key deliverables within set timeframes and budgets
  • the Site Manager collaborates with various project departments and personnel to ensure the successful execution of projects, enhance operational quality, and promote safety measures
  • they are responsible for overseeing the on-site operations from start to finish, advocating site safety rules, and designing and implementing site plans
  • identify any potential shortfalls and report them to the Project Director
  • this position requires a combination of operational, managerial, and creative skills, with a willingness to travel and adapt to changing project demands
