managing email inboxes, ensuring that all messages are either directed or responded to promptly and accurately
placing orders with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms
processing supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and delivery notes, and entering them into the accounting system

reconciling supplier statements and highlighting any discrepancies
assisting with other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving ect
being the first point of contact on the telephone and to visitors, providing excellent customer service and directing enquiries to the relevant departments
