  • previous team leader or supervisory experience

Responsibility

  • monitoring IMS ‘Job Updates’ to ensure confirmation of receipt
  • ensuring team processes are completed accurately and in accordance with specified deadlines
  • provision and supervision of operational duties including the post functions
  • assist with ensuring the efficient performance of all tasks assigned to the Administration Clerks team by monitoring, reporting on and delegating departmental tasks and covering absence where required
  • providing training for members of the Administrative Clerks and assisting the Partner with the organisation of annual leave within the team
  • checking and processing all Papers and updates received from clients and reconciling them to the Company’s Instruction Management System in a timely fashion
  • responding to stakeholder queries as required by telephone and email. Answering the telephone and dealing with telephone calls in accordance with the Company’s telephone policy
  • the successful candidate will report directly to the Partner & Head of Client Services and will act in a supervisory capacity to oversee the day to day duties of a team of Administrative Clerks, ensuring that tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently
