Responsibility

  • to monitor the freezers/fridges temperatures and to keep records
  • to test the fire alarm each week
  • to check and log fire doors are working regularly, maintain and keep records
  • to maintain outside areas, clear away rubbish and debris from the garden and grounds, keep clean and tidy
  • to regularly check fabric of the buildings and grounds and to advise the Proprietor of any repair work that may be required
  • to undertake any handy work/ repair work as directed by the Proprietor where safe and practical to do so, and with due regard to Health & Safety rules
  • to undertake simple repairs to plant installations and equipment as directed by the Proprietor, where safe and practical to do so and with due regard to Health & Safety rules
  • to maintain an up-to-date file of Data Sheets for these hazardous substances
