Responsibility

  • working Wednesday - Sunday each week with possible extra bank holiday shifts
  • assist the rest of the team in preparing food and for the service of the customers
  • maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times
  • ensure that all food comes out perfectly and quickly
  • follow opening and closing procedures, including but not limited to opening and closing checks
  • stay on top of your inventory, changes in menu, and any new vendors that come through
  • the Lower Buck is looking for a Head Chef to lead our team. We are looking for a hard-working, motivated individual who is passionate about food and service
  • follow our opening and closing procedures

Requirements
