Requirements
- qualified accountant with experience in finance operations
- experience in a startup or scaleup
- proven track record in senior financial management roles within the Food & Beverage sector
- track record of improving systems and processes as a company has grown

- desire to work as part of a fast-paced business
- comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
- ability to work in a Start-up environment with strong experience in developing policies and processes
Responsibility
- analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and business growth
- direct Accounting Function: oversee all aspects of the UK company's financial accounting, reporting, analysis & manage Finance team
- monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual comprehensive financial reports for senior management and investors
- manage Cash-Flow: lead cash flow management strategies to support operational requirements and strategic investments
- inventory Controls: work closely with operations managing procedures on inventory & production forecasting and valuation
- internal Controls: maintain and enhance internal control policies, processes and procedures; maintain integrity/reliability of accounting system
